Lanai's waters are known for gentle surf. Weather conditions at Lanai's beaches are generally dry and about 10 degrees warmer than Lanai City. The beaches of the south coast (leeward side) are particularly dry and hot during the summer months. You can count on lots of sunshine and beautiful tanning for the majority of your visit to Lanai's beaches!
There are no lifeguards on Lanai so please excercise caution. If in doubt, please stay out!
